ware
It is an impressive art of Myanmar traditional ten arts and
handicrafts. Unlike the Japan , Korea and Vietnam ware Myanmar
lacquerwares are produced in 6 different types by the raw materials
of pony-tail , bamboo and wood-oil. Bagan is the best place to enjoy
the lacquerware production in time consuming process.
Jiggery
Since Bagan is the place of toddy-trees , the labor is mostly
focused on toddy-climbing on the way to Popa , the jiggery
production could be enjoyed. In the
morning , the sweet toddy juice was internationally boiled for
sometimes until they become molasses then shaped and dried up under
the natural sunshine . Finally , jiggery is produce with the
ingredients of coconut , sesame and ground for better taste.
If it is afternoon , the toddy juice is automatically turned to
bitter-sweet taste. Regarding warming up, good blood circulation ,
urine system , a wide circle of youth in rural area usually grouped
together for bitter toddy juice named as Myanmar beer . Surprisingly
, most foreign traveler enjoy Myanmar beer of toddy grave.
Cheroot industry
Not known the earliest date of this industry , cheroot production is
generally believed in existing for decades . Today , Myingyan in
upper Myanmar and Bago in lower Myanmar are the centers for cheroot
industries. For the cheroot production ,
the raw materials of Sebastian leaves from Shan State , the sweet
stern of Ohn-hnge , Myanmar tobacco leaves are essentially required
together with corn-flacks and leaves for filter . The sizes may be
varied upon the factory .And the taste may
be depend on confidential mixture of individual production process.
Oil production
The oily crops are usually crushed to pressed for oil and
traditional style Since the production area is distinct from the
mill and not easily accessed based on transportation, labor- changes
, so on.
On the other hand, local consumers prefer to mechanical oil to
traditional production. So , the production on your way from
Mandalay to Monywa. In which, a big wooden crashing set will
be driven by a built in circular turn. By the posing of time , 100％
pure oil will be slowly shown down to the
reassigned pot or box. By products of ground-nut flake is usable for
piggy-food while sesame flake is acidified then made an enjoyable
salad for meal in rural regions.
