After the confirmation of itinerary,30% to the cost of the itinerary should be settle into Our specific account two weeks in advance to the arrival of the guest(s).

A complete amount of cost should be settle as cash on arrival.

If the guest express to change the confirmed itinerary, we are really please to scare the Proposal but the amendment fee should be charged.

In a normal course, all the amenities and facilities bestowed upon the contract, will be served but, the guest should persist to the substitution of any of them. For the agent, the same status or higher will be granted in this case.

The agent will be no responsible for the damages of natural disasters and unexpected occurrence as well as flight delay and cancellation caused by technical failure.

Since the beach area ,especially Ngapali has very strict rules on settlement policy, our agents has no choice, but inevitably charge the guest(s) for cancellation fees as fallows;

Cancellation of 1month prior to the arrival means 15%
Cancellation of 21days prior to the arrival means30%
Cancellation of 2 weeks prior to the arrival means 50%
Cancellation of 1week prior to the arrival means 100%
